asura would win because they could just shut down the asura gates/use them to invade cities from the inside (provided they do it before the other factions destroy the gates)

charr would be second place because of their militarized technology

it doesn’t matter how strong the norn are individually if the charr can fly bombers over hoelbrak and the asura can use golems

humans are still weak from the ascalonian & centaur wars so they’d be next

sylvari are an extremely young race without a real military. the pale tree/mordremoth’s influence would be their biggest asset but i doubt it’d be enough to withstand a concentrated assault

there are a few traits that cleanse/reduce the impact of condis but generally we fold under enough condi

yeah but i don’t really see any other way to get that ability to even barely function as p/p

the numbers could be tweaked but i can’t really see another way to make the 5 worth the extremely high initiative cost

mainly with p/p in mind, which needs love now more than ever

it’s a bit weak on its own so maybe it could be rolled into something else? also the self combo should still apply

i’m just quite sad that the coolest thief weapon set is just straight kitten and getting kittenter

this is it. that new setting is the biggest buff

i agree. i mean, i can EVENTUALLY do them if they’re in enclosed areas but it’s a kitten nightmare. so many jumps i can’t make simply because my character is literally invisible because the camera is zoomed right into him.
