How much does Sigil of Blood Steal health for? It doesn’t seem to steal the amount of hp I crit for… I’m playing Necro Dagger, I’m criting for 1k – 2k normal attacks but I’m not seeing 1k – 2k hp given back… is there a limit I can’t find a post anywhere saying so

I got an update on my case, I had the Credit Card and Paypal problem too where I couldn’t buy anymore gems. They told me exactly what they told everyone else, something to do with there payment security… yada yada. They contacted me and told me I could buy gems for 24 hrs, but that still didn’t work.

They contacted me today again and told me that they didn’t take the necessary steps to allow me to purchase gems. They took those steps and gave me 48 hrs to buy what I wanted, so now I can buy gems Finally! But its only a temporary fix :/ I hope they fix this problem soon, its a pain in thekitten /p>

I got this reply saying that they will give me a 24 hour access period to purchase things on my account. But I still can’t buy anything… Visa card still getting “Cred Card Failed” Paypal still getting “Transaction Error”… and my 24 hrs are almost over…
