I purchased gems during the start of the game (in or around the headstart), and have been unable to purchase them since. I’ve tried my own debit card, that of a family member, a separate credit card, and Paypal, with no success. Every time I attempt a purchase, I receive an error message saying that my card approval has failed, and to either try again or contact support. In my attempt to do the latter, I filed a support ticket (Incident: 120904-005178), but have yet to receive a response after several days. I’m hoping that this post will resolve the issue, and any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
