We are looking for committed players who can raid in the timezone within
GMT+8 (8PM to 11PM) to be part of Ocean’s Ten
How would you like to be part of the gang?
We are part of SYNERGY[LOL] guild on the JadeQuarry server.
SYNERGY is an NA guild we are the only OCX raid party right now.
Our team comprises of players of different level experience, some of which had been trained from scratch or still under training.
Our Mission: The gang will conduct weekly raids in Spirit Vale with precision that the 3 bosses shall be robbed within a night
Current Plot: We are recruiting GREAT gang members for our operation
If you can play more than 1 role, you will be highly considered!
Raid Times
GMT+8 (8PM – 11PM)
Must be able to attend 2 scheduled raid days

Raid Expectations
1. Be prepared. By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail
2. Know your role, understand your class, be good at your skills rotation
3. Full Ascended Gear, Including Accessories, Trinkets & Rings
4. Best Consumables are a Must for Kill Runs
5. We use Team Speak and What’sApp to communciate as a group
Tryouts
Each applicant must fill out the Raider application and be accepted.
Part of being accepted will include a tryout which will be disclosed upon applying.
The tryout can be administered at a time best for the applicant.
It consists of a solo and a group tryout.
What makes a GREAT gang member?
Reliable – You can count on them to be there during scheduled raid times and to provide consistent quality performance. Even if they are not able to make it they inform their raid leaders well in advance.
Communicates Well – Great members communicates their ideas honestly and respects the views and opinions of others on the team. Clear effective communication is done constructively and respectfully.
Adaptable & Flexible – Great members adapt to situations and drive positive changes themselves, they don’t get stressed or complain but are flexible in adjustments as required.
Displays Genuine Commitment – Great members take time to make positive raid relationships with other member. They come to raids with the commitment of giving it a 110% and expect others on the team to do the same
