The spec is worthless trash and anybody saying otherwise is a PvE-er (where it’s still bottom tier trash) or some guy who tried it in unranked against bots
This wouldn’t fix everything, but if the summons were instant cast and the energy cost was reduced, we might be headed somewhere.
Throw in a little defensive utility, and we are definitely headed somewhere.

Lol what are you talking about? Spellbreaker’s counter (when traited) is one of the best skills in the game and overall spellbreaker is strong.

The legend needs deleting and start from afresh. The shortbow can be made to work with some QoL changes including way reduced cast times, more damage, and less disappearing arrows. The new f2 and f4 are pretty useless too, need rethinking as well. Half the energy cost on f3 and then it might be useful. Unfortunately the idea of spirit spawns for the legend might be something that sounded cool in the devs heads but in actuality it’s not practical, and in fact lame IMO. I just look at scourge and holosmith which look AMAZING and know that the devs CAN do really great things with a bit of effort. Pls consider re-working this spec anet! Ty.
My post was removed for telling the truth LOL. Okay so I’ll be more specific/constructive about why the spec is very bad. The shortbow is far far far too clunky with wayyyy too long casts times and awkward mechanics PLUS bad damage. The legend is very very bad because it has summons which don’t really do a whole lot if they don’t get instakilled, along with having insane energy costs, and the heal has to be the worst heal in the game. None of the shortbow or legend skills do good damage even when specced into pure damage with vipers, scavangers and devastation/corruption/renegade. The new f skills are bad, the only one that would be worth using is the f3 but it costs 40 energy? lol. I mean 4 seconds of alacrity for the f4? Not even worth the cast time or energy cost. Oh and NO swiftness in this build whatsoever? Are you joking lol? The whole thing needs RE-DOING, not tweaking because it has fundamental problems that can’t be fixed by changing numbers. Traits are super weak too. Just overall I’d rather play core revenant than this spec.
making the summons able to be cc’d and killed is just dooming them to never be used. it already happened with spirit weapons so theres precedent.
Don’t know who’s idea it was to give rev summons. Summons are the worst and most disappointing skills in the game

Just wanted to give feedback that AI SPAWNS on every single skill the new legend brings kittening SUCKS. The concept of AI is suuuuuper lame and giving rev AI takes away whole levels of play possibilities that other specs are getting with their new skills. Please have a redo at the rev elite spec cuz the concept is awful. I don’t even care if it turns out to be OP, its lame and boring
How long will ranked off season be this time? Still 1 month? PvP dies entirely when it’s off season… then there is absolutely 0 reason to play GW2 PvP atm ESPECIALLY when there are not rated games. 1 month is way too long.. Should be 1 week
