“We are sorry to inform you that your login account ********@***.com will be shut down or partially limited within 72 hours due to currency transactions or abnormal login. If you want to remove restrictions, please click the following link to validate” and it continues

First of all i did logged in to GW2 almost 1 year ago and if you check my accounts currency balance i really dont have lots of gold on my characters. Can you explain why this happen and what should i do to keep my account even i dont play much.
