i’m getting tired of having to repeat the same instances over and over again because of disconnects.
honestly Anet. No fix to date, not even responding to this thread. you just keep merging more and more of these threads and letting them all rot here while you continue with your new content.

how long is this gonna go on for? i’m getting tired of getting kicked out of dungeons and world boss events. 6 days since we last heard anything from support on this topic.

Started playing again yesterday after about 3 months. My experience since yesterday has been terrible.

Time and date of incident (plus time zone): Been trying to play since yesterday and this morning so 03/10/14 – 17:00 – 20:00 and then again 04/10/14 09:00 – 14:00 (GMT)
Game World: Aurora Glade
Brief description of what you’re seeing: skill lag anywhere from a few seconds to not happening at all and getting dc. Sometimes the game runs fine for a while then just stops activating skills, other player characters keep running in a straight line into walls or off cliffs, I can still move around till the lag stops and all skills i activated while lagging trigger at once or i’m totally disconnected. Figured out how to force a dc while i’m lagging, just evade into a wall a few times and the game pops back to character select screen with a error 7.
Seeing this post is 2 weeks old and still no fix for it, maybe i should have stayed away.

Ive been getting this alot recently, a firewall or security program might be blocking connection to the server.
This happens at irregular times and only lasts for about 30 mins usually.
Even if i turn my antivirus and firewall off during these times nothing changes, i still get the error and cant log in.
Is it a problem from my side? is my isp to blame? any ideas?
been having the same problem for the past few months.
this thread is over a year old and nowhere is there a reply from Anet about it, whats up with that?
