what is the so called build that everyone is crying about the necro being too strong? Sorry i was away for 2 months

I already have few game with this build in spvp but there is something i want to change in the Rune/sigil and could need some help.

So, since I use sigil of Doom and Energy, the rune of Strenght bonus doesnt apply that often.
so should i change the rune of strenght to Rune of the Privateer or something else? Or change the sigil of doom to something which gives me Might?

im patient but just like you said, i also thought that few investors going to buy them and sell them later on.
I dont know if i have a chance against them just to sell my 2 recipes before their dozens

I got 2 recipe for Chaos of Lyssa and wanted to know if i should sell them right now or wait till the end of the Crownpavilion event and then sell it because the price might go up?

I have no idea on that and im quite new in GW2 too. Thanks for any advice

My Set is full Berserk.

I think im going with the Beserk Amulet but what about the infusion?
+Gold or +MF?

So I heard the best way to spend Laurels is first to buy an Ascended Amulet (then idk).
I don’t think I will do WvW that soon and will probably do more Fractals and Dungeons.

What Amulet should I buy with my Laurels? Celestial or Berserk?

Btw it’s going to be with a Utility Infusion Slot, should it be Gilded Infusion (Gold) or Magical Infusion (MF)?

The build looks alright, just some minor tweaks and I think it would be a bit better. Imo going 6 into dueling is still one of the best ways to run a phantasm build. Even with no condition damage confusion procs can add up. Not to mention traited pistol is very strong. Traited greatsword is pretty good, but imo it’s better for builds that do more personal damage than phantasm. I know this is your main source of might to trigger the rune of strength, but have you considered using sigils of battle instead? It’s much more consistent might uptime at least, plus using both can get you quite a few stacks of it.

Just my thoughts.

From your suggestion, I should take 2 points out of Domination and going for IX in Dueling right?

I also changed earlier the sigil on my sword and using the Sigil of Battle. If I put a Sigil of Battle on my GS too, i could change my runes (since might stack is capped at 10?) but isn’t that 7% more damage while on might sexy?

What other runes should i consider then?
Changing sigil of Air?

I want to know, do the Phantasm proc the Air & Fire Sigil?

Also, I want to change my Amulet on the current build but since i use those 2 Sigils I need atleast 40% crit and having 1900 Toughness only with the berserk i’m feeling squishy.
So i’m trying Knight Amulet atm.

Or isn’t crit relevant for Mesmers? If so, what amulet you would suggest + Sigils on my GS?

I’m playing something similar as your Phantasm Build but instead of Scepter/Sword it’s a Greatsword. I should try yours but I feel like i would lack of Ranged DPS.

I’m looking further in your PU Condition build and the one Osicat posted a while ago. Seems more funny and strong too

I’m currently playing with this build made by my own. Doing very well in pvp.
I’m using the 2 Stuns to let my Pistol Phantasm and Blurred Frenzy (2) hit a full combo on the Target :>

Any improvement for my current build is welcome, i already thought eventually to switch to Krait Runes and to Rabid/Knight/Celestial Amulet.

I have a great mechanic with the Mesmer and I’m feeling like I’m wasting some potential there. So i wanted to ask you guys what would be a good build for sPvP.
I’m not feeling for a full Shatter Mesmer, I’m shattering sometimes but i dont think a full shatter would fit to me. What about maybe about a Condi Mesmer? but i like the Greatsword and condis don’t use that right? But guess i wouldn’t mind to change that.

First of all, I’m new in this game and I’m a PvP lover (such as WvW surely).
Actually made a Mesmer to lvl 16. Loving the Mesmer GS style, i don’t know if they are still that good in WvW (don’t know either if it’s called Shatter or PU)

I tried a Dagger Ele too, lvl 16, fall in love and went looking for a guide in the forums. Then i noticed that Ele got nerfed hard apparently, for the dagger burst part, and are not that worthy anymore. High CD, Low Armor, Low HP, Lack of Escape while there are many gab closers out there, and a Damage which isn’t that High anymore to compensate all of that.

I saw then few Guardians Videos, an unkillable machine who dealt enough damage to kill the opponent in 1v3 situations and found it intresting and maybe unsuspected to play him a bit more Damage wise and surprise the enemy.

Should i continu to play Ele and hope for an eventual buff or are people over exaggerating about the nerf he got?
Or continue my GS Mesmer? if it’s still good in pvp/wvw.
If not, should i make a DPS Guardian with GS which would be hilarious?
I kinda love the idea being a heavy tank and dealing enough damage to kill them
and No, i don’t want a warrior

I love the GS so i would absolutely play the Guardian or Mesmer with a GS
