Same problem, I’m from the Netherlands (EU).

I did install via the rename fix earlier, played and quit, and now i have to download the whole thing again..

This needs to be fixed ASAP, new people coming in for the expansion and they can’t even install the game normally.

This fix works, but you can’t select an installation directory, it will install the game in the map with the renamed file. It’s totally broken.
