Hopefully someone can help me. i am posting this on behalf of my friend LadYam.6420 with ticket number 876771. its been 8 days since the last update regarding her account. she really wants to get back into the game and play the latest feature pack. i know personally that she is a good person and would never do anything to get her account banned. any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you

i’m having the same issue. i wanna reinstall it, but i can’t even download it from the site. the log in screen is just missing. i can see it in my task bar, but when i click it, nothing appears. it was working fine before the patch. don’t know what to do. please help. thank you.
