That’s already happened to my mesmer. I hit 100% on her a long time ago, maybe a month or two after launch. Stopped playing for awhile and when i came back i’m sitting at 99%.

Once you hit 100%, that character is flagged as having hit 100% at one point in time, that doesn’t mean you are currently at 100%

Bonetti’s Rapier and the new Lovestruck Sword skin are by far my two favorite weapon skins in the game. Most of the legendaries are just awful no matter what character they’re on. The only ones that don’t make me cringe anytime i see them are Flameseeker Prophecies and Incinerator.

Yep, did a little bit of testing (a comparatively TINY sample size compared to yours) and some math and my numbers are just about in line with yours. Thanks!

I did not use ecto. with that in mind. All I can say is huge thank you to Anet for the salvage meter. I can’t imagine doing that many constantly having to buy kits.

What do you mean by salvage meter? Are you referring to the luck meter? The achievement point bar through salvaging? Or what about the copper fed salvage o matic?

On that note, what salvage kit did you use, and what level of items did you salvage?

Do you not know how forums work? People complain about things they don’t like about the game. Patches fix whatever they didn’t like, and they go enjoy the game. People who liked it just the way it was, or generally hate the new stuff come to the forums to complain. Patches fix whatever they didn’t like, and they go enjoy the game. Rinse, Repeat.

Technically your guild is on any server you have a member on, which includes you. Each server has it’s own count of how much influence your guild has accrued. If you transfer servers you can start gaining influence for that server. There is currently no way to transfer influence and upgrades from one server to the other.

Play a different class if you don’t want to kite. On my Mesmer i spent literally 100% of the time kiting, 1-80. Not-kiting is literally not in their playstyle.

I support multi-boxing, as described by Temper. if you have the ability to alt-tab between 2+ characters and maintain their effectiveness, more power to you. It’s another story when hardware or software aided multi-boxing enters the picture though.

Looking at the last couple of patches, the patch notes don’t go up until ~9AM PST.

1429 with two 80s. Haven’t done most of the jumping puzzles, and have nearly 0 points from PvP.

Remapping the keys doesn’t entirely solve the problem. What i want in one slot for one weapon set doesn’t mean it’s the same for what i want in that same slot for another weapon set. Remapping keys is a temporary work around, but it still needs a fix.

Ecto’s aren’t 100% chance to be salvaged, but also have a chance to get up to 3. The current minimum price to sell a rare 70+ for is 17s, there are only 2 others below 20s. The current price for ecto’s is 20s. It currently isn’t known what the average number of ecto’s salvaged per rare is (no one has assembled a sample size large enough to confirm their averages). In my experience though (with my limited sample size), it’s more profitable to sell a rare on the AH or throw it into the mystic forge (if it’s 80) than to salavage with ectos in mind. It could be that i’m just unlucky when it comes to ectos though.

Not right now. Hopefully there will be an option in the future. In all probability it will be for gems. Hopefully i can pay a barber gold to change my hair, instead of having to go through gems. (same thing, but immersion breaking)

My understand of crafting is that it changes based on the set. Having not used the crafted gear i can only say ive seen pictures of the different crafted levels and they looked different enough.

The rare crafted armor sets for every level look the same up until 80. Crafted Fine/Masterwork share the same skin for the various level tiers, but each tier looks different.
