Our Background
Darkmoon Eidolons was originally a tiny guild with a roster of 5 on Kaineng, back before megaservers existed. It was not open to the public, and it was more of a personal guild among friends. However with the megaservers update, we decided to open the guild up and recruit more members. At the time of this post, the guild is about a year old.

Over the past few months we have gone through a bit of restructuring, so we have reopened our recruitment.

Our focus/goals
Our primary focus is to create a friendly, social environment where no one is just a number among a guild. Every member is important to us! We want to keep our guild small and under a maximum of 150 members. This is because we would rather not be a large guild.

What we offer
- Small, family-type guild (everyone knows each other!)
- Experienced dungeon/fractal runners (dungeons may be dead but we still do them)
- Insight on various PvE/PvP/WvW builds (we have a few veteran players)
- Social, friendly environment (we chat a lot! Either in our guild chat or VOIP)
- Private sPvP arena + guild hall arena (practive for WvW or sPvP!)
- Decorated guild hall (Gilded Hollow)

What we do
At heart we are a PvX guild, however we spend most of our time running fractals, participating in PvP, running dungeons, or doing just about anything else. Our members are supportive and gladly help each other out. Don’t be afraid to ask us for anything reasonable! Although our most of our members don’t participate in RPing, we have a few who do, and to be clear we don’t discourage it at all! As for raids, we currently do not have an official guild raiding team.

Events
Our guild events are mainly done on the weekends with no specific time. Instead we have the majority of our participants choose a time frame that works for them to be flexible.

Requirements
We mainly ask that you’re active but that is about it! Outside of that, we don’t mind if you’re not too much of a social person, however we do encourage socializing to know other members better! We also have no rep requirement.

VOIP and outside GW2
We currently have a Discord server as our primary VOIP along with communications to our guildies outside of GW2. To join, please ask an officer for a URL.

Hey guys! Tired of being harassed simply for not following what’s not “meta”? What about winding down from adventuring in Tyria with lively social interactions? Want to learn a new profession but don’t know how to start or where to begin? [DrkE] Darkmoon Eidolons just might be the guild for you!

[DrkE] has been around for a good year. We started off as a private guild, but then opened up to the public with one main goal in mind: to create a social, supportive, friendly environment for our guild members. At heart, we are a casual and laid back family guild, however, we can be competitive when it counts!

We gladly help our members every step of the way, veteran or newbie alike! Our time is spread mainly across PvE and PvP. We have our own PvP server, which we use to practice or setup actual 1v1s or 5v5s against our own guildies. For PvE, we primarily run dungeons and fractals.

As for Heart of Thorns, a good majority of our members own it, and we plan on making raids our main PvE focus! We are also extremely excited to decorate our guild hall, and by decorate, we mean aiming for the most extraordinary guild hall ever built!

Our main server is Kaineng, however it’s not required to join. Our main active times are between 4 PM – 10 PM pacific on weekdays, and 12 PM – 10 PM pacific on weekends!

Darkmoon Eidolons is a friendly, social, PvX guild. We have a strong emphasis on helping our members and just having fun! Not too experienced running a particular dungeon? Need to learn how to make efficient gold to create your ascended set? We can help you step-by-step. We allow both experienced players and veterans alike, and don’t care if you choose not to follow anything ‘meta’.

Our home server is Kaineng, however we are willing to help with transfer costs if a member from another server absolutely wants to participate in WvW with us.
