i was having this problem and found this and so far it seems to be helping:
1: Right-click your gw2.exe and choose Properties.
2: Go to the Compatibility tab.
3: Under Settings check-mark ’Disable display scaling on high DPI settings

This worked for me. Before, I could only go 3-5 seconds before my character would stop running while holding down both buttons, now she runs smoothly, and right camera turning is golden too. THANK YOU. Huge turn off when just starting this game, Anet should really get on top of this.

This didn’t work for me. It seems there have been several fixes/workarounds that work for some people and not others.

Can someone sticky this thread until someone from Anet just acknowledges that they are aware of the problem?

I’ve noticed that the mesmer’s phantasmal warden bubble is substantially smaller than the same bubble for a Norn mesmer. It seems like this is true of other classes and skills as well. Do the actual effects of the skills depend on race as well or is it just a visual effect? Either the visual effect is misleading, or it seems like this is an unintentional balance issue.

Is this still an issue? Do Asura skills sometimes have smaller areas? The difference seems massive and totally unfair.

I’m not sure of the developers are aware of the issue, but there has been an issue with mouse turning (with the right click button) for quite a while. It seems to primarily affect users with logitech and razer mice. These two threads do a pretty good job of describing the problem:

StinVec has given an extremely helpful summary of some very annoying and long standing issues with the game. I hope some developers work on these issues soon.

This is still a huge issue. Can we get a developer in this thread please? It’s making the game nearly unplayable for me. ArenaNet keeps saying they want GW2 to be an e-sport, but that can’t happen if mouse turning is so problematic.
