Primeval Armor Skin, 500 gems gone and no item 120902-009761

I bought the Primeval Armor Skin on 9/1/2012,
the gems got instantly deducted and the hint of the first purchase popped up as well,
however the mail containig the skin did not come. I cleared all the mail but still with no results.
