i agree, undergarments should be dyeable… it makes no sense to be limited to a preset color
(also it would be great if there was a cash shop item to like… go back into character creation)
I believe it would add more to build variety if not only heal/utilities/elite changed when underwater but also your major trait slots. Or heck maybe even a separate trait setup for underwater but then again that might be to crazy.
I just feel that since our heal/utilities/elite are limited while underwater we should at least be able to have different major traits loaded that work well with the skill setup we have chosen from the limited choices underwater.
