They are imaginative at least.
This dropped for me yesterday after a 100% night time completion of VB. My participation was 85% and I got the chest piece as my reward, by the looks of things on map chat, a lot of other people got it too. LFG for an organized map and kill all 5 bosses in the canopy and you should increase your chances of getting this
I hate most achievements, they are so drawn out and drastically impossible.
Then one day I get one thats really hard, sometimes with the help of guildies or random pug people, and then I am left with a glorious memory of my accomplishment and I love them more than anything in the unicornverse
Plus the fact that almost all future development for the next couple of years at least will likely require a HoT enabled account to take full advantage of them. Yes, we dont know what features will be available initially for the $50 and that makes the price look steep , but it wont be just the features released with the xpac that you are getting for the investment it will be everything afterwards too. Sad truth is people who like the game, that don’t buy it for release, will get left behind.

The core game is almost 3 years old and has been on sale for dirt cheap for some time, it has depreciated and is hardly worth much to worry about now. I for sure got my moneys worth when I bought it brand new back then
Next up:
Engineer + Hammer = Bunny Thumper
Warrior + Scepter = Battle Mage
Necro + GS = Death Knight
Ele + Sword = Blade Sorcerer
Thief + Mace = Thug
So people who were fortunate to be chosen to be in the Beta stress tested also got rewarded with free stuff? I guess some people get all the luck.
It’s particularly annoying when I spam for my loot bags in the middle of mass battles and I end up with a random warrior banner in my hands or manning a deserted battering ram
I also notice this most when I am plucking daisies for my hair braid in a combat zone
