Guild Wars 2

So I have an Ivy Bridge processor (yes, still a bit old, but only ~20-25% slower than a 6700K. I have a 3770K at stock speeds) and a GTX 1070 (I upgraded recently for some of the more graphically intense games I play). However, when I went from a 660Ti to the 1070 (the 660Ti was also having issues with Guild Wars 2, but I was consistently getting 70-90 FPS on ultra settings, even in LA) my framerates dropped considerably.

Now on low-medium settings I’m lucky to get 60 FPS in LA, and at world bosses even less. What happened? Is my processor holding me back now? Do I need to upgrade? I wasn’t planning to upgrade for at least a few months until Cannonlake/Zen come out, so…. what happened?

I agree. It wouldn’t be cost effective for ArenaNet to do something like this. However, as Just a flesh wound suggested, I think it could be alright if they opened a thread where people could submit designs and then they had a chance of being put into the game and acquirable through certain means (such as a Mystic Forge recipe, or normal crafting).

Yes! I was thinking about this the other day, and this would be awesome- even if it was only for Wintersday, it would still add another interesting gamemode to the already existing PvP modes that we have.

No, the wardrobe doesn’t show glider skins right now. I think they’ll show up at the beginning of HoT. I hope mine will be there, then.

I consumed my item…Does that I mean I did it too soon and I should have waited?

Yep, same here. All my traits are gone with no hero points returned (I don’t have enough to get all my traits again) and all my collections are gone too.
