I also have this problem. Appeared today, no new programs are not installed, no other settings are not changed.
Due to a bug with the keys I could not get this beautiful backpack!!! What do I do?
How do you think, if you write in support if they can add one point?

My provider is unstable, sometimes there are breaks, so I couldn’t pass a new dungeon to the end.
New item on your back is very interesting and I wanted to get completing daily achievements.
The new patch will be released on 15 October and I cannot get it… what do I do?
