Claypool of course needing it due to the recent events and in-game we can see that centaurs are literally at the base of their wall.

Militias would be raised in emergencies for a quick response when the military proper cannot be called upon or they are not able to arrive in time.

I wonder if it would be supported in lore that a militia that was raised without such emergency in mind and kept, would that be a lawful move to do?

We see an example of a militia being trained in Claypool, by the Seraph. Is this a standard practice in Kryta? Would we ever see it extend to other parts of Kryta, or even into Divinity’s Reach?
