Riot Gaming is a small mature guild on the Crystal Desert server. We have a lot of experience in MMOs over the past few years. We were a 25 man raiding guild in WOW and have sinced moved ourselves to GW2. We also would like people to know that we play all types of games besides GW2.

We are looking for those players looking for a home they haven’t found yet. We know that a lot of folks are sitting on rosters that no one is talking, helping one another, or answering questions.We hate that as much as you do.

Currently, the guild is running explorer modes for gear. In the future we want to have a 30-50 person WVW division, SPVP teams for paid tournaments, and groups for PVE content. We have a lot of experience in running different divisions within the guild.

We do have a ts3 server for voicechat and a commander for WVW. If you are interested in joining a guild that will take the time to know you please join. We are not here for numbers.

Riot Gaming is recruiting for GW2 on the Crystal Desert server. We are NOT a number based guild. We use teamspeak 3 to communicate with our guildmates and ae considered a casual mature guild.

Riot Gaming has been around for several years originally as a WOW 25 man raiding guild. We play a variety of PC games such as League of Legends, Dota2, SC2, Diablo 3, etc. We believe strongly in doing events, wvw, spvp, and pve as a guild. We have spent the last few weeks running explorer modes and pvp together.

The people in the guild are friendly and very helpful. The guild is looking for strong cohesion and stability. We are accepting all levels and classes.

We understand the current state of WVW and the current movement of guilds and transfers. If you are looking for a good group of guys that theorycraft and play let us know.

Some people will take the warning. Others will go there because they will see the numbers in WVW.

I saw several posts today stating that they are attempting to pull out of WVW on their NA server because they don’t want to win. They are afraid that if they move into Tier 1 in the NA rankings the server will fall apart. That is just plain sad.

People see an influx of gamers moving to their server when they are winning which brings instability. The latest that people see as a potential issue are IOJ and JQ. I hope they are incorrect.

Hopefully ArenaNet will shutdown the server transfer issue. However, I agree with so many on the forums. The damage has already been done and may be irreversable. I think we will see lots of blowouts on charts and servers pulling out of WVW entirely.

Yes, Ruin will be a huge help. Because they have a lot of people.

However, once again they like to move around all the time. So they help this weekend next weekend they will move to servers in Japan. Because in Japan they play in a timezone that is what Ruin is looking for next week. Then again, Japan doesn’t know who Ruin is yet.

Then there will be another post on the forums to come join Ruin in Japan. Rinse and repeat….anyone see the vicious cycle yet?

Can you please stop calling Desolation the server to go to? Just call it ruined server.

I can’t wait until they leave Desolation also. Big guilds cause lots of problems period. They cause problems because they recruit quantity over quality.

Transfer to a server where you don’t know anyone or know the guilds. Less chance of having issues.

People have to realize at some point that there is a reason why a guild keeps being called out. Just check the forums.

I am the last one that likes to say anything. However, I knew that this post was coming for that guild.

These games always have servers located in different regions. Quite frankly, I don’t see the point in leaving servers when a game has been out a short time. All MMO’s come out with problems and need bug fixes.

Let ArenaNet fix the issues. We need stability on servers right now. These decisions effect more than one guild. It effects a server. Who wants to be locked on a dead server?

Here is another fun filled question……

When two countries are at war…do you join the one that has 24 hour coverage? You don’t always need 24 hour coverage to win a war. Think about it.

Ruin Gaming has been on serveral servers since launch. They moved to Eredon Terrace and had around 4 guilds (approximate number unknown) that they did WVW with. Ruin Gaming was directly responsible for the WVW and was supposed to be a part of some sort of alliance.

Ruin Gaming has recently quit WVW on Eredon Terrace after they realized they weren’t winning against Tier 1 servers. So they packed up and left the server. In fact last week they gave up and posted that in map chat. Two other guilds that did a lot of PVP also left for IOJ. So a tier 2 server in NA is now having issues even staying afloat.

Ruin is not the first guild to do this. ArenaNet is directly responsible for allowing people to transfer with no consequences.

So my question is…..

What happens when Ruin doesn’t get the success they are looking for this time? Is the idea really coming from a viable or credible source? If you move to a European server such as Desolation what happens then?

If you ask my opinion on the subject matter I will tell you this. His points are valid but I wouldn’t trust anything Archaos has to say. I would be willing to try a European server but not one that Ruin has anything to do with.

Here is what Ruin is directly and solely responsible for on ET.
-Leaving a top 5 server because they couldn’t get number 1. So they quit.
-Had to issue an apology to other servers for their behavior (guild website)
-Went into other servers to see what WVW tactics they used before battleing the next week.
-Went to other servers to post recruitment messages to attempt to get more members. (so they could eventually leave…)

So for Ruin Gaming……Guilds sell themselves through actions. All the gaming community sees is a guild that jumps ship and causes problems on servers they have been to.

Good luck to everyone that heads to Desolation. I hope you don’t fall to the same Ruin tactics that so many others were blinded by.

We are located on the Eredon Terrace server and recently had a large guild that made up four maxed guilds on our server decide to bounce. This happened after several weeks of battling with the top 2-3 servers and losing. They just decided to transfer the ENTIRE guild somewhere else. We don’t know the exact numbers but we believe it to be around 400 accounts mimumum.

This same guild did this to a low pop server earlier in the game start. I understand the point behind balancing servers but this is beginning to create a huge problem for the game. I understand the exploits and current bugs are ruining WVW. However, if guilds leave servers because transfers are free that is sad. They are creating a larger gap on servers in WVW and the balancing of WVW will be unreachable. Don’t forget about the population issues and queue times being affected.

ArenaNet needs to stop the free transfers and charge the folks to jump around. A 24 hour change is not the appropriate thing to do. I see people bouncing servers all the time because it is free. We need start to hiting peoples bank accounts and then the jumping around will stop.

Riot Gaming is a guild that has been together for several years and many games now. We are a small mature guild that is looking to expand its ranks and get more people in the guild. We have a ts3 server for voicechat and are very active. We currently are spending time in explorer modes, helping guildmates, and doing spvp.

We would like to get the guild to around 60-100 accounts so that we can have a server presence in WVW. We are casual and currently accepting all levels and game experience.

People find us very helpful and most nights you can find us giving one another a hard time in voicechat. If you are currently in a guild or located on a server that is dead try something new.

Riot Gaming was founded originally as a mature WOW guild for 25 man raiding. We have since retired from the game and have moved on to other MMOs. We are a gaming community made up of members that have played together for 2-3 years together. We are active in League of Legends, DOTA, and really any game we can get our hands on.

We are looking for anyone that is looking for a semi casual group to play with. We don’t care about your level or skill. We are currently spending time in WVW, Tournaments, and group up nightly for dungeons. People find the guild small but helpful. We don’t pride ourselves on numbers just looking to enjoy ourselves.

The only rule we have is to respect one another and to have fun. We have a ts3 server for voicechat so if you are a typist we are not the guild for you.

Riot Gaming is a guild that started a few years back in World of Warcraft as a 25 man raiding guild. We have a small group of members that grew tired of the wow scene and moved on to play GW2, League of Legends, Borderlands 2, or any other title we can get our hands on. We have experience in many of the MMO titles that have released.

We have started working on explorer modes and focus on all types of content in the game. We have a friendly adult group of players to play with. We offer a teamspeak 3 server and find ourselves casual.

We want people of all levels to join the guild that want to do SPVP, WVW, and PVE content. We aren’t numbers driven and focus on active players that want other people to play with. We want to know each member in the guild on a personal level. We know how it is to wait around for the PUGs to do content and find that usually a terrible experience.

Okay, so I am having trouble understanding the bag process. Here is what I am seeing:

-If I buy additional bank slots they are shared amongst all my characters.
-If I place items in the deposit collectible choice they will be stored for all characters.

Here is my issue…..If I buy additional bag sots on a character it is only good for that character. I don’t understand that concept. I think if you buy extra bag slots that they should appear for all you characters. It is fine to have to buy the bags for the slots on each character. If this is working as intended maybe a message telling people that it is only for that character.
