If you had contacted them beforehand and expressed that you realise that your name may be offensive to some people and had indeed requested a name change, I can’t really see why they wouldn’t unban your account once they get around to dealing with your support ticket.
It would be abit harsh not to since you had already reconised and took steps to rectify the issue.

there defenitly is a diffrence in cost!!!
Not officially there wasn’t.
From retailers it will differ from place to place, since they work off a recommended cost, and, sell it for a price they want to.
From an official sale perspective, the cost on https://buy.guildwars2.com/ has always been the same. I paid £50 a couple a days before launch, and, the prices on the above link still reflect that value (when copies are available).
Chances are your account was hacked and banned for security.
Since you mentioned you have been waiting for 4 days for a response the best thing you can do right now is leave your 12 digit support number in this topic:
