But I think I’ve made my mind up anyway on the Carrion/Rabid choice at least, didn’t even think of looking at what traits proc on crit and such, thanks alot mate

I’ve been going back and fourth thinking about creating my first ascended set for PvE/WvW purposes. I’ve played the game for over 2 years and never crafted a single equipment piece – ever.

Now I’m becoming more sure, I want to create a set, and I want to make it with focus on condition damage because I really enjoy the gameplay as a condition-ranger (I know it’s not the most optimal, yada yada)

But … What stat’s should I go for? I’ve been looking at Carrion (Condi+, Vita+, Power+) and Rabid (Condi+, Precision+, Toughness+)

Which one of these sets are better for a ranger? Why? Is there any other stat choice you’d like to recommend?

I am that kind of person who just rerolls characters alot. I have done 100% World completion 4 or maybe 5 times now, I at least has a bunch of those gifts of exploration in my bank, never made any legendary weapon.

I don’t think you should be able to purchase 100% world completion with gems, but with those gifts of exploration – you should be able to double click them and gain like 10% world completion for each double click or something.

The reason to why I reroll is mostly because I get sick of the race I currently play, but also I get annoyed because I don’t have that little golden star, it’s such a small thing really, but it bothers me not to have it.

I’m a veteran player I would say, at least played almost for two years. I’ve seen all the different changes that has happend to the game. I’ve seen all glory and all the rage, some people love what you guys do, some people get really upset.

I’ve always stood in that neutral zone, I can almost always see why you change certain things, why some classes get buffed and why some get nerfed, why you remove some of the zerg-farms and why you’re keeping others.

I’ve always liked everything you’ve done with the game, and now when this big patch came out, I couldn’t be happier. I love the new trait system, I love the downscaling on lower level areas. I love the ecto-sink lol, I love all the changes and especially the new Lions Arch.

I just wanted to say thanks for making this game which I’ve enjoyed for a very long time, and I can’t wait to see what you bring out for the HoT!

Now I don’t know if someone already made something like this, but my suggestion is to add a Race Changer in the gem store, I know that sounds kind of racist :P But anyway, I’d gladly spend 800 gems on something like that, hell, make it 850 so people buy the bigger variant.

And how it should work – you lose your progress in the Story, get back to square one. This might also encourage people to try playing through stories with their favorite character instead of making a new one.

That’s something I’d like, feel free to bash me for thinking out loud ;p
