u should get a poison sigil instead burn duration maybe
1st theres no poison inflict skill, i tried poison sigil but it wont effect well.
Main Rotation:
Start with Sword Pistol:
Pistol 4 – Pistol 5 – Dodge – Sword 3 X2 – Sword 2 – F3 while casting – weapon switch – Torch 5 – Scepter 2 – Torch 4 – Scepter 3 – F2 while casting.
That will inflict 11 stack of torment, 14 stack of confusion, 5~6 stack of bleeding and 3 sec of burning, make your enemy to 50% health.
Tips:
Sword 2 to evade attack.
Scepter 2 to block burst skill.
Blink points.
Stealth to cast Mantra.

Weapon and Skills
There are 2 sets of weapon in this build
Sword Pistol/Scepter Torch:
Probably the best choice in this build:
Sword 1: Good melee skill and inflict with vulnerability and boons removal.
Sword 2: Not only a attacking skill, but also a defense skill, use it properly
Sword 3: Not only get close to your enemy but also combine with F3 to do an interupt.
Pistol 4: Inflict with bleeding, increase the damage a bit because you will shatter it at once.
Pistol 5: An awesome control skill, use it properly.
Scepter 1: Slow but create many clones.
Scepter 2: Your strongest defense and attack skill.
Scepter 3: Inflict many confusion, quite a good skill.
Torch 4: Always combine it with Mantra of Recovery since Decoy can stun break. And also it can inflict burning and blind, so it can be a good damage skill.
Torch 5: Inflict with 3 confusion but it will shatter soon.
The second set is Staff/Scepter Pistol(Torch):
This set must combine with Balthazar Rune
Staff 1 & Clones Staff 1 : The main Damage skill of this set.
Staff 2 : A cool skill.
Staff 3 : Only for shatter.
Staff 4 : Good Defense skill
Staff 5 : Usually combo with Pistol 4 to inflict confusion and combo with Staff 2 to create a Chaos Armor.
Healing skill:
Mantra of Recovery: The most powerful healing skill in this build.
Slot Skills:
Blink & Decoy : A must in this build, they all can stun break.
Arcane Thievery: A must in this build. Since this build cant remove boons as other shatter mesmer, this skill become really vital. During a team fight remove the stability of some profession. Since might has been stronger in this patch, Stealing a high stack of might to provide a high burst in this build during a 1v1
Port: If your team have a good boon removal profession you can consider bring a Port.
First thing i have to say, is that i havent seen any other build like this, but im pretty sure that someone must have the same idea as i do.

·Vital Traits
Since PU trait is quiet useless in tpvp and CD has inflict in 3rd trait in Chaos, i consider remove the whole Chaos line in this build.
Critical Infusion: The main survival trait in this build. Dont waste a sigal dodge since this trait has been nerfed. It require a lot of experience on dodging the burst skill of your enemy.
Deceptive Evasion: The main sorce of damage in this build. Combine with Confusing Combatants, you can cover confusion all over a combat, though it’s not lethal enough.
Harmonious Mantra & Mender’s Purity: Combine with Mantra of Recovery, will give you a high level of Survivbility. And also inflict with burning if you use Rune of Balthazar.
Maim the Disillusioned: The sorce of damage in this build.
6 points in Illusions line will Maximize the condition damage.
Rune & Sigil
Rune: Im still wandering in using Balthazar and Centaur. Balthazar can improve the condition damage since you fighting in a point, but also Centaur will give you huge amount of swiftness. They are both good choice i suppose.
Sigil: Energy is a must in this build. Agony shall be with pistol and Smoldering shall be with Torch.
