As long as you are updating your original ticket, and not creating new tickets, you should be fine. Creating new tickets will only delay your answer, and send you back in the queue.
Tickets are running about 96 hours due to volume; if after that time, and still no reply, you can post your ticket number in the aforementioned Sticky.

I didn’t, but today I did another ticket with another subject and got a fast response. They ask me download the diagnostic tool and the link was not working, so I found the solution for all alone
It was the DNS. I changed my DNS and it’s everything working now
You should have received, almost immediately, the automated response to your ticket. Check you spam/junk folders.
You can peruse the Stickies in Account Support sub-forum for tips on ‘Not receiving Emails’.
If you do have the automated response, after 96 hours (tickets are running a bit slow due to volume), you can post your ticket number in the Sticky, ‘Tickets for Review’.

I received the automatic answer… But automatic answers don’t fix the problem.
After 24 hours I send a email to the automatic answer mail with screenshots and explanation… Then after more 24 hours I send another one…
Still nothing…
And no answers….
As u can see on info, the map don’t load… It still in 0% during a time and than error connection message… :/
BUMP! Still no dev response to this. Come on Anet…..at least try to work out a method of stopping this problem, and update people.

What it means is described in the error window. The question is: When Arena NEt will fix this. It’s a really old problem. If u search in foruns and reedit you will see thousand complain about it…

This is the third day in a row which I kill Shadow Benemoth and didn’t got the bonus daily chest.
What is happening?
You might be suffering from diminishing returns
For certain bosses, if you kill them repeatedly on the same toon, the game preemptively reduces your loot, to make botting less profitable (or maybe just to get us moving around more). (It can also affect certain events.)
The easiest way to deal with it is to swap toons or take that toon and do something in another map for a while.
