I used to play a confusion mesmer in WvW before the flat out 50% nerf and I really miss that playstyle. I still have my rabid gear lying around in my inventory looking pretty.
With the +300 condi damage on scepter buff and the new runes, do you think it would be viable to try a WvW confusion build again for zerging purposes?
Just a thought that cropped up in my head while programming and I thought it would be an interesting lore discussion.
I’m a bit rusty on my Sylvari lore as I haven’t levelled my Sylvari character yet.. but as far as I’m aware the Sylvari have a common pool of knowledge and when a new Sylvari is born they already have a tiny understanding of the world through this pool.
If Scarlet actually saw all that she said she saw in the experiment.. what effect does that have on new Sylvari being born?
Yep. I came here to make a thread about just this. I love the fact that this fight is difficult but the dome messes up the camera and it just adds fake/obnoxious difficulty to it that shouldn’t be there.
I find it hard to believe that anet are intentionally completely neglecting a huge part of their player base. Their priorities (living story above all else) are completely wrong IMO but I have faith that they are at least planning SOMETHING for WvW. Maybe the fact that we’ve only seen tiny updates recently means they’re planning something big? Maybe not.
The teams for Living Story and the team in charge of class balance and PvP aren’t the same.
Just some quick topics that I’d love it if you could discuss.
What are your plans for Guild Halls, if any? Will they have to be bought with gold/ influence or be free and upgrades will be bought with gold/influence?
What do you mean when you mention the scavenger hunt for the legendary precursors?
Will the less used legendaries get some cosmetic love? It seems like the big 2H weapons got all the attention.
Will you add more big events such as Jormag/Shatterer/Tequila (and even remove them)? Killing the same dragon over and over is getting a bit boring and it would be nice if you added new large-boss meta events like that for us to discover randomly without you telling us.
