Greetings. I want to adress the Dev team directly if it’s possible and I request immediate explanation about a friend’s account.

My friend “GregDagre.6279” had a break from playing the game, but just today trying to log in he got an error message about account termination, with some ridicolous accusations about breaking the code of conduit about real money purchases.

No such actions taken place from his side and it’s definitely an account hacking result. On his behalf I ask for explanation and contact with him referring to account recovery.

I have had a similar problem and it was caused by a net virus attacking the internet modems you may get from internet provider. The cure was logging into the router and disabling remote access functionality, since that’s how virus entered the router and was starting to mess up.

The easiest way to check if that’s the case, just look at the router diodes if they don’t act weird (usually all flashing cause the virus forces the router to reset in semi-random intervals) Helped me. You might try that too and check if it worked.

Description: A lot of disconnections based on random basis of time occured. No matter in the open or group instances. Also observed lag spikes (world freezes), followed up by few or all party members experiencing the same as me.
