I just recently purchased this game I’ve tried everything I know of. This has never happened to me in an mmo ever where after buying the game this happens. Yes I’ve had caps lock off and done the whole thing of my login I typed it in slow, I’ve used my account name and email address. I tried even getting a password change error cause of a server issue. I even submitted a ticket. I even tried to reset password and no email was ever sent. I have also checked my junk/spam folder completely empty I check my emails on a daily basis so I would know if something was in there I’ve waited about a little over an hour and tried to re log in or even check my email still the same problem and no emails. This is very frustrating because I feel like I am being robbed of my money cause I just spent $20 to play this game with my friend and here I am $20 gone from my account and basically no game to play. I’ve tried to log in on my friends computer wouldn’t even work there he logged into his account on my computer and it works perfectly fine goes straight through. I just want some kind of solution and if not a solution my money back cause this is ridiculous for a game that’s been out this long and having problems like these…..
