First, let me apologize if this question has been answered elsewhere in the forums, but every-time I search, I get the answer “no results found” – which I find hard to believe but anyway…

My question is that now that I have 30 laurels, which ascended amulet should I pick from the laurel merchant? I am running in full zerker exotic armor and weapons so far, with green zerker trinkets which I want to make ascended now that I can afford to.

The choice of amulets on offer from the laurel merchant are:

Mark of the Tethyos Houses (offensive slot)
Call of the Wild (defensive slot)
Distinguished Circle of Logic (utility slot)

My play style is PVE, with the occasional dungeon and WvWvW – and I haven’t run any fractals yet (although I would like to one day!)

Why not have an option at each adept to skip their portion of the “jumping puzzle” and get to the waypoint up the top, and never have to worry about the lag jump deaths that are plaguing the Oceanic players?

If the lag is due to the amount of players in the zone, maybe we should have more overflows?

Ooo, here is a new thing. The latency issue has disappeared when I try to do the first jump at the wind adept – now the screen freezes when I jump, and when it unfreezes I find myself as a red smear on the ground below…

I have gone through about 4 other zones since that first screen freeze/splat with no issues, including the Spekk’s Lab jumping puzzle, but when I went back to try that wind adept jump – freeze SPLAT!

Another Australian player here, but one that cannot even get to the sprint. Thanks to the Oceanic lag, every time I try to make the jump where the Wind Adept is to the small platform, I see myself jump, only to rubberband back and fall to the ground with a resounding splat or to make the jump, only top see myself as running to far forward and falling (mid jump).

At this stage I have given up on even trying to get to the waypoint up the top, and instead going through all the open world stuff until the issue is fixed (or the lag dies down – whichever comes first).

After all the nerfs, I mean changes, that were made in the last update – what it the consensus of which stat combination is the preferred choice for the temple/karma armors from Orr? Is it still PVT, or has it changed to another combination (nvm that there is no PVT helm still).

Also, what is the preferred God(dess) rune set for the karma armors? Still Lyssa, or a mix of a few superior God(dess) runes?

Obviously there are no zerker karma armors from the temple vendors, but which of the armor choices would be good for a:) PVE and b:) wvwvw

Hi guys,

After dying due to lag in the Vexx’s mini-dungeon while farming the Krytan aetherblades, I decided to try my hand at the landscape blades at the dragon holograms.

After running past a dozen holograms without any pirates spawning, I was wondering what the spawn timer is on these guys. If none spawn, can you just wait at the hologram and will they eventually spawn?

If you can’t eat the egg (like me), you will be stuck on 24/25 for now. The only way to get more achievements is through the crab toss minigame – which I loathe with a passion.

And yes, I found ALL the samples, including the JP one, and I have the achievement for the settler and consortium buffs.

WTB – ability to eat my stinky karka omelette that is sitting in my inventory!

Has there been any word from the devs on whether the omelette achievement is WAI or if it will be fixed in the May 28 update?

It is annoying to be stuck on 24/25 achievements – I know the crab toss mini-game can grant me the missing achievement but I never have any luck in there! And now I have this omelette in my inventory just waiting to be eaten…

Maybe they can add a new omelette that doesn’t give any buffs to the vendor (for a reduced karma price) for the scaled-up players to buy for the achievement. I have had a sad puppy face since I found out that the achievement is level locked, and I collected sooo many eggs for the omelette to!
