As of Tuesday September 25, 2012 at 3:45 PM I have still not received my items. It has now been over a month since I submitted my first ticket, and I have not received any response on my Updated ticket for over a week.

Update: 21 September
I just learned that the dev team and support have come up with a solution that will allow us to address these issues individually (rather than doing a mass distribution). A CS Agent will review your ticket and will enable the redistribution. Of course, if there’s a reason that he or she cannot give you the items, you’ll get an update about that, instead. (And I’m sure such cases will be rare.)
The process will involve the generation of special codes and the application of one code per affected account. The codes cannot be made until next week, so please bear with us because it’ll probably be a few additional days before this is set right. The good thing to know is that it will be set right soon.
Thank you for your patience! (And it goes without saying, thanks for the love of the game that prompted you to purchase a DDE or CE in the first place. We appreciate that extra level of support!)
When you say a CS agent will review our ticket, does this include tickets like mine that were submitted on 8/25 and have been closed for several weeks now? There are many in my situation who were skipped over during the 1st batch of fixes that were sent in the mail and I would appreciate not being missed again if possible. Do I need to create a new ticket referencing my original one that has been listed both on this thread and the 5 day old + thread?

I had not been able to log in until tonight and was excited to see on the forums while at work that you had supposedly fixed my problem. You state that my issue was “Resolved by bug fix”. GaileGray, I submitted a post on the 5-day or older thread regarding this same issue (not getting my Digital Deluxe Edition items) with a ticket that was submitted on 8/25 and you told me post in the Collectors Edition Items thread. Now you are telling Gamer Bearded to post in the 5-day or older thread… Can you please tell me where I am supposed to post my problem to actually get it fixed?

WOW….so the official thread regarding this issue that is 4 pages long has received no response indicating what was said here. Seriously GailGray, why would you respond to this post, which should have been put in the original thread, and not the official one??

A thread with a few posts has Gaile saying “Please submit a ticket. We’ve done one distribution of items, and you may be included in a future distribution. Only Support can tell for sure.” Yet there has been nothing posted on this main thread?? I submitted my ticket on day 2 on head start and still have not received my items. Arenanet,If you fail to give me what I paid for I will be filing a dispute with my CC company.
I had the same problem. Submitted a ticket on 8/25 and was told there was no solution at the time. I am yet to hear or receive anything and just submitted a 2nd ticket.
