I’ve been using for a while and there are a number of feedback items I’d like to raise:

• If running on anything but min graphics settings, the client will crash in 5-10 mins. If everything is set to minimum, you can last until around 45 mins;
• The FPS on the beta client is lower;
• § doesn’t work;
• You can’t ctrl+l.click for linking into chat;
• Changing (dropping) weapons and changing attunements has click-lag, whilst using skills doesn’t;
• Sometimes you can get weird lighting textures where you get lineations of lighting (see pic), other times, whole blocks of the map can lack lighting at all;
• Moving the camera causes a massive drop in FPS.

However, the addition of Fn to the touchbar for the new type of MacBooks is VERY much appreciated <3

The patch that was meant to fix the launcher not loading for Mac was released, but mine still won’t work? Support are ignoring me, so does anyone have any tips?

SOLUTION:

Go to your GW2 application. Right-click and choose “Show Package Contents”
Navigate Contents -> Resources -> transgaming -> c_drive -> GW2
Rename gw2.exe to oldgw2.exe
Rename gw2.tmp to gw2.exe.
Launch GW2.

The launcher will start and will begin the download. I’m downloading now.

Edit: The fix persists through multiple launches.

Yep. 2012 edition and runs 20 fps

You’d only get a chest from 21 if you’re Personal Reward Level is 21 or higher

(It’s actually 1.1^2, as sigils stack, which is +21% damage against elementals)

Using PVT gear helps a lot. Sure, your dps is lower, but you’ve got so many people that it doesn’t matter and you’re armor and vitality go up loads too

So they patched the game yesterday, yet ignored this?

Hmmmm…..

This mote never activates, regardless of who opens and how many times you open the instance.

Currently (on the T3 piece at least) the legs don’t illuminate but the chestpiece and boots do, which makes it look out of place. Can we please have another dye option that the other armorpieces have to make it illuminate.

Where did you all hear about the changes for thief?
