This is actually a great idea. Hopefully ANet can implement this somehow.
I’ve just recently got myself a full set of Nightmare medium armor, and I notice that there’s something off about the Nightmare Helm.
As you can see from those screenshots, the mask/monocle thingie kinda floats about an inch in front of my character’s right eye.
I’m not sure if this bug only affects the Sylvaris, but the mask seems to stick perfectly on the human character’s face > http://i.imgur.com/tMxQa.png
I notice that some of the ambient noise and dialogues in the game are really loud.
A couple of examples are the final boss of Twilight Arbor explorable mode and the final stage of Arah story mode. In both cases, all I heard during the combat was a very loud rumbling noise. I couldn’t even hear my character’s voice, the sound effects from skills or the background music.
Some NPC conversations in the main cities are also very loud, eventhough they’re standing pretty far away from my character.
Adjusting the sliders in the sound options doesn’t seem to fix this problem.
I have similar bug with Superior Rune of the Thief.
I put two runes into 2 of my armor pieces and it shows 8/6.
Has anyone tried it out in-game yet? I’m curious to see people’s reactions to how it plays and feels (mostly in a PvP environment).
The control feels more like TERA or Vindictus or a third person shooter game. It still uses GW2’s autotargeting, though… so you don’t really need pinpoint accuracy with the reticle.
It’s definitely a lot more comfortable to turn/circle strafe because you don’t have to keep holding your RMB.

would be a very nice option to have.
bump
It’s still bugged after yesterday’s new build (15,534)
Holding the right mouse to turn is still my number one pet peeve in GW2.
I’d definitely love to have this kind of control scheme implemented.
