Guild Wars 2

Okay, so after the patch last night I havent even been able to get past the launcher, whenever I start it up it becomes completely unresponsive and most of the time doesn’t even load properly, forcing me to close it using the Task Manager.

I’ve already tried to uninstall and reinstall but the installer does exactly the same thing, coming up like this (http://imgur.com/t6q8VlZ) and once again being completely unresponsive, I’ve tried all the usual stuff, running as admin, a few compatibility modes, and nothings really working, any help would be appreciated, I just hit 80 monday night on my ele and was really looking forward to this patch

Seriously, this is a great game, and i’m loving it, but I am still hopping between characters frequently, trying to decide which class to mainly play on, and I only have the completed edition on my thief, which is stopping me from switching characters. The witches hat and title are account-bound, so why can’t the book be? I’m a collector, and so this tiny change would make the game far more enjoyable for me, and I bet there are some other people who are like me out there. Please, A-Net, if any of you are reading this, it would increase my enjoyment of the game so much more.
