I am also getting this.
Sometimes its at the beginning of a cutscene, other times its randomly throughout the scene. Rather annoying actually as it breaks the flow of the conversation.
I don’t mind reading, but I do rather enjoy listening to the cutscenes.
I have also only started noticing this recently. If it is a bug, then I think the latest update must have caused it. I hope so as I thought for a moment that it may be my system (corrupted dialogue audio).
Changing the in-game audio settings seems to make little difference.
