Yeah, it does seem to be happening only on female characters. Which is kinda weird because it doesn’t affect the player character’s voice at all.

Thanks for the information, everyone! We’re continuing to investigate this issue, but haven’t been able to consistently reproduce it on the noted story steps. One of our first suspicions is that it could be related to lag causing the audio not to play.

Well, I can consistently reproduce it by creating a norn and talking to the first story npc that tells you to go hunt something. The very first line you get is not voiced at all. Her lips are not moving either. It’s been exactly the same since the last patch. No problems before that.

Can we get an official response or something? There are like 10 different threads of people complaining about it in this forum alone.

I stopped doing my personal stories because of this and it’s kind of a bummer.

I rolled a norn today and noticed the same thing too. It seems the very first line each character says is not voiced at all. Except the player character, that works fine.

Sometimes the UI bugs out and shows some skills as unlocked even though they’re actually not. It unlocks properly after you kill a couple more mobs.

I think it happens when you level up while being very close to unlocking a skill.
