To answer your question Deslicious.2547, we don’t normally do this. We only very occasionally make an exception and block an account for this type of behavior. It has to be repeated, and pretty extreme, as is the case here.

Hey, so I checked into the issue, and it looks like your account was simply blocked with the wrong reason. I have corrected this, so the right reason should now show.
In addition, at the time of the termination we did send a notice to your registered e-mail address listing the specific reason, so if you’d like more detail you can check there. Just to be clear, the type of chat you were putting into our game is completely unacceptable and this was far from the first time we’d caught it coming from your account.
If you’d like to discuss this further we can do so via your support ticket.

Exception: c0000005 is a fun one, and there are a lot of possible root causes unrelated to the 64-bit client. I recommend submitting a support ticket about it, and we’ll run through some troubleshooting with you.
Nothing protects you better than having smart security practices on your own end. We find that most of the time when someone’s account becomes compromised it is largely because their personal e-mail account attached to their GW2 account is compromised.
Making sure that your e-mail account is secure is the first, best step that you can take to secure your game account. Most e-mail service providers have good security options for you such as mobile authentication. I recommend using those options.
Giving your info to a phishing e-mail is obviously something you should never do, but even if they manage to get your info, as long as you have proper security measures in place, there are still many obstacles for RMT to access your account.
