I understand what you mean, it can be harder for us when we have commitments like that, i myself work full time so my time is limited. My guild would be great even if you want to just play casually

The Silver Fox Company [SFC] is a new guild recruiting, we focus on PvE atm with the possibility to venture into PvP later, the guild is structured a little differently than most in a way that there isnt particularly a large ranking system you can move up, but more a rank that would be just for you, right at this moment this is the ranks we have:
The SFC has a few ranks at the moment with more hopefully coming out soon, these are:
President – That would be the owner of the company i.e me
Leaders – People who have proven to help the guild move forward, choosing upgrades and deciding on guild actions
Guards – A place for all the muscle heads who do their talking with swords, You defend the guild and DESTROY its enemies ^.^ other than that to aid other members
Crafters – Members whose role is crafting (no this doesn’t mean you need to sit at town all day) Exploring the world gathering ingredients and items and crafting weapons and items for the guild, aiding others in the guild to become stronger.
Chefs – Players who excel at cooking, creating dyes and feasts for the guild, also requiring you to explore the world for ingredients. Be wary you don’t want to mess with a good chef!
Apprentices – Prospective members, here is where you prove yourself before becoming a full fledged member and show off the guild flag

Your welcome to join my guild for free you know, no guild should actually make you pay to be in it. The Silver Fox Company would be great if you want to farm mats, its a new guild based in darkhaven that focuses attention around all aspects of the game, crafting or cooking being ideal for you if you like farming materials

The Silver Fox Company is a guild currently recruiting some friendly players, currently based in Darkhaven. It is a friendly place where everyone can get along, all that i ask is you rep at least 70% of the time.

There will be more ranks added possibly for WvW tacticians and PvP Specialists and such but I’m leaving that role up to discussion for now.
Everyone is welcome to voice their opinions and all leaders are required to consider them and factor into decision making.
The Silver Fox Company provides a Teamspeak server running for anyone who so wishes to use it. I look forward to hearing from you all, either a forum message or you can find me in game under the name Silver Nickel.
