Plus I can’t even use my mistfire wolf and NO i did not upgrade through the gem store…. I bought the CE on gamestop and input it. but it says i already added it to the account. or something weird. idk… can you do anything for me? that’s my only question.

Even when I make a new character… it doesn’t give me the stuff that every character gets from CE… BUT IF SO…. where do I go to get all my items?

I have yet to get my Collectors Edition items after applying my collectors edition serial code. When I enter it in the register thing it says I’ve already applied it to my account (Even though it says serial code overlap)… yet I have got NONE of my CE items. Please help.

See I guess I updated to CE (of which I bought from gamestop) from the original gw2… at first it didn’t say i already added it to the account… now it says it already is added to my account. Either way I didn’t get my CE items and I have been waiting since the release to get them.

Ok so, I’m in game and it shows the elite skill “Summon Mistfire Wolf” can ANYONE see that? Or just people who bought it? plus… its darkened out but I cant’ apply it to my character and he IS level 30. Plus I don’t have any of the CE in-game items. Now YES I did buy it. I just haven’t got any of my items yet.

That is exactly what i tried to do… I applied it, it says. but earlier it said serial code overlap… and such. it is a CE code though. who/where do i go to to have them apply it to my account for upgrade?

Nope, haven’t made a single one since I created it. Made tickets… never got a response. I literally have got nothing as for a response as to why I’m not getting my stuff. Maybe the problem isn’t on our end? I’m think they need to check over their stuff. I’d like my items.

I applied GW2 CE to my account and I never even got a notice about my items or anything. I’m a little disappointed at the moment. Why haven’t I got what I paid for?

Lots of us are having the same problem. They seem to be actively ignoring right now to help all the people who can’t protect their own accounts.

some people had unique passwords and emails and still got hacked… like me. Keep in mind we can’t use what we paid for at all. While you still have game access we don’t.

ANet wasn’t hacked. And it isn’t people getting through their “Firewall”… no one knows what they are talking about. First off they can’t get to you through in-game. It is done by following a link or visiting third websites/ downloading third party software… Many people have poor knowledge about keeping their information safe. Stop being a waste of space on support forums as most people report being hacked are… half are reporting it falsely anyway just because they don’t understand what is going on with their account. Personally it’s ok for them to focus on Security Issues, but they are a major publisher now, they need to act like it. And have a real active support team. Not just Gaile and a few others looking at poorly written reports about being “hacked”. They need a support line, and answers.

On another note, keep up the good work Gaile. But please focus on all the problems. Not falsely reported claims of being hacked (although there are a few true issues about it) I’m sure 50%+ are false and they just don’t know their information or can’t read error screens shown right in front of their faces.

I applied Guild Wars 2 Collector’s Edition to my already existing Guild Wars 2 account as an upgrade (Yes, I bought it again) and it said as I entered the code “Serial Code Overlap” I have already used this code on this account, yet I didn’t receive anything for it. Any Ideas?

I mean I hope it’s just a temporary thing! You should be able to upgrade your account! I mean it says you can, then it isn’t follow up with. I’m just a little sad at the moment because I can’t use what I paid for. Does anyone knows what’s up?

See I’d really like to enjoy my in-game items. It’s ok, make sure people can actually play the game. But they do need to be focusing in all areas so EVERYONE gets helped. I didn’t spend another $160+ dollars just for the charr figure. I also bought it for the in-game items. Also, why don’t they have a number to call? I mean they are a BIG company now releasing a big game.

I bought guild wars 2 (normal edition) from a store. And entered the Serial Code onto my account. I later received A collectors edition of Guild Wars 2 and now I wish to apply the new Serial Code onto my account for the exclusive in-game items I was promised. When I entered it, it came up with Serial Code Overlap, and no it’s not a problem on my end. I watched your videos about stacking Serial Codes and it says I can “upgrade” my account. Which is like upgrading from normal to collectors. I’m guessing they are having problems with detecting the difference in Serial Code types. I’m not all knowing though so…Any way, I’d like to hear your thoughts or answers to solving my problem. Thank you for taking your time.
