Guild Wars 2

System crashed randomly while loading maps, sometimes it happens after one hour game running, sometimes could be fast like 10mins. It turns white/blue/brown/black screen randomly, i have to reboot everytime. Game was stable for hours if staying on one map such as WVW, issue only exists on switching maps. I have tried “-repair” and “image” arguments for repair, also tried a new graphics card but its still there. Dust cleaned, system reinstalled, game reinstalled, devices up to date, temp tested for half day without any issues. And I was playing COD, NFS, GTA without any problems but GW2. Plz plz plz give me a hand, i have looked for the solutions for years. Thank you for the time. Spec as below.

i wish my issue is just game crashing or disconnected but nothing else. But my problem is the game crashs when changing maps and my computer goes black screen, i have to force to turn off the computer and turn it back on every single time. And I am 100% positive my computer performance is good and have no temperature issue. the game running greatly until the winter update.

same here. since the winter event update, the game crashes while changing maps.

I have a big issue since last update. System goes down randomly when changing map(Dungeon, PVP, WvW, etc), not blue screen but white screen. No issue if stay at one map forever, no issue on computer temperature, game reinstalled, device drives update checked. Just wondering what else i need to do? thank you very much.
