My say on ALT+F4 = no Escape

People affected by this:
People who DC during a fight > 0,00001%
People who abuse ALT+f4 during a fight > 99,99999%

If u get stuck in combat mode, u know that is easy to get “unstuck”, just kill a mob or just run far away; is not rocket science ….
If u get DC during a fight, well, u will loose almost a silver, thats pretty harsh … u maybe go broke after this =/ …. (insert sarcasm sign)
If u get DC constantly when u fight, u cant play PvE or sPvP or WvW … Maybe is time to change the PC, or the game =/

In my opinion this work very well, i lost count how manny kills i lost because of ALT+F4, was about time get a fix for that =p

yep, while people who got DC get nothing, people who got the chest get more chests, seens fair enought to me

yeah … the thing is that the “ONE TIME EVENT” restarted like 6 hours after the “ONE TIME EVENT” finished … i think it was for the people who didnt get the 1st chest, but the thing is that the event was open for everyone, and this time everyone logged their alts and let them at the chest spot, to get the itens 5 times …. and most people who got DC the 1st time wasnt there to get the chest, so … another screw up

Lag ?? u are being kind, some of my skills had a 20 secs (yes, seconds) delay ….

most people who has brains and got a percursor didnt put to sell on the spot, they will wait untill the price rise again 0o … so, your math its probably very wrong (i was doing the event in a group of 5, my group got 3 percursors, none was put to sell in TP)

well, dicovering a new area, isnt change on my view, the area was always there, so, nothing changed ….

the only change was that the lighthouse it’s now half his original size =/

cant u guys read ? ANET is hiring people, probably they dont have NOT EVEN 1 GUY to test those things… so they are hiring people, so the next time they can TEST and event before they go LIVE ….

So, yesterday some people get DC at the last phase of the event, them ANET said at the forum (we will think of something to give another chance to those people who DC, BUT NOT TODAY), them, all of the sudden ANET think of doing the “ONE TIME EVENT” all over again (about 6 hours after the “ONE TIME EVENT” ended) … And open for EVERYONE … well played ANET, some of my friends did this “ONE TIME EVENT” 6 times, and got 2~4 percursors …. and i know of people who get DC at the 1st event, and wasnt abble to join the 2nd “ONE TIME EVENT” to try another time, because ANET said they would think of something but NOT IN THAT DAY…. WELL DONE ANET.

I guess ANET can’t handle the pressure or crying and just got scared and did the event again….

PS: I did the event in the 1st time, laggy as hell but no DC, and did not get any percursors, but i can handle , i know what randons drops mean…

Tip > go with 4 people in the same TS, skype that is like 3 times easier.

im currently in lvl 4 (helping some guildies to get there too), and already dropped 5 exotics and about 10~12 rares, and i only use food with magic find, the drops are pretty good for me :p, my guildies got about the same.

for me they are pretty random, but i already got lots of rares and exotics.
