Hi I just finished my Vial of Salt ascend amulet from pvp ranked vendor items. And it cost a lot of gold and in the end that amulet has exotic stats and I can pick from standard exotic stats combinations.

Is it intended or it’s a bug and you will address it retrospectively because building new one I will not be able to afford.

100% world completion without HoT and no Gifts of Exploration reward recieved. Anyone alse have this issues?
