I am also having trouble purchasing from the gem store. I get the same error ‘Card Approval Failure’ whether I use PayPal or CC.
My credit card was working fine one minute with the Gem Store, and the next I am getting Card Approval Failure. Just when I thought the problem was fixed it came right back about six hours later. I bought gems around noon, and now I am getting Card Approval Failure. I would appreciate a quick fix this time. Thanks.
