Try changing your DNS to 208.67.222.22 and 208.67.220.220 and it worked for me.

Changing my DNS servers worked for me. I used Open DNS servers 208.67.222.22 and 208.67.220.220. I play here in asia (ph) in case this will help. Tried some assetsrv but no luck. Some tip to those who are still trying, if your download bar or percentage are not moving within 5 minutes it means it didn’t work. Change or try other methods.

This is a plain rant of someone who’s not happy on his guardian toon. No one can can say to anyone what to do and what not to do. This is a game full of discoveries. It’s up to the player if he wants to play a melee like a guardian or not. Just because you can’t escape from a fight solo to 20man zerg doesn’t mean to tell anyone that guardian is a fail class and no one should start a guardian clas. Players have their own preference. If you think that your 4 months of studying and still you can’t improve your guardian doesn’t mean you fail. Remember this is just a game and you can do whatever you want as long as you have time and gold. Just my honest opinion on the topic.

It always happened to me also. Solution for this is logout of the game. Dont just choose character selection instead lougout. It may not work after that but logout again and check BLTP. Sometimes after 2 logouts it will work. Anet already explained this that its like a browser so theres a cache but what i do is just logout.

It’s all about speculation. It’s a good thing though because it makes the game more exciting than just completing quests, killing mobs or getting your legendary. It gives the other players who are good at economics to apply what they know. Basically it’s always demand and supply theories. Like the chocolate bars, but i also noticed one raw material that had a spike and that is the cotton scrap. It rose to +50c because of low on supply and lots of demand. And i noticed too that the Acolyte’s armors before the spike only cost around 40c and spike to 1s now. Probably players started to know that they can salvage those armors to get 2-3 cotton scraps per salvage. That would double/triple their earnings if they sell the cotton. At this time, Cotton is at 92c. When i started to check it, it was around 42c. Probably, some players also speculate that cotton will also be valuable on Wintersday. Ahem “Socks” are known as part of Christmas where we get gifts. And to create socks you need cotton or any other raw materials. So it’s a matter what material you want to flip and hoping market will react on it. If it reacts then you made gold. Goodluck!

Anet already made changes where players can be happier from the previous event Mad King i.e. ( Black lion chests items, mysterious potions forged into another chests that will have a chance to get weapon and armor skins). We hope that all the players including me who experienced the disconnection before Ancient Karka die will be compensated from this problem and be happier. I think players are more concerned about the accomplishment of getting the loot after 2-3 hours of fighting karka’s than efforts and teamwork put into drain. Hoping for the best on this.
