Getting to the goggles is challenging enough… Let alone managing to stick the landing in the water to get credit for the achievement. I’m not sure how many attempts it took/how many times I died to get it over a span of several days… Somehow I even managed to spontaneously die after I used the two sprockets and landed on the spring platform near the very top (must have been a glitch or something because there was no falling involved). My suggestion would be for Anet to implement a checkpoint that allows players to be warped to the goggles if they managed to make it there at some point so that when they jump and fall to their deaths they can simply warp back up to the top rather than having to redo the entire puzzle. I’m pretty sure something similar to this already exists in other puzzles (ex: Goemm’s Lab allows you to teleport to different parts of the puzzle) I enjoy jumping puzzles… But this one… not so much. Got my achieve and I’m never going back there again if I don’t have to.
