Everytime I open the game its working fine like always and then when i pick my toon and click play right when its loading the map it crashes and it happend yesterday all day (except like 2am) but now its happening again it keeps showing (Code=7:11:3:190:101)

Im having a problem i cant seem to find the email that has the serial code the name of my accont etc. cause I’m about to change PC but I know i need that info so I can download it on that PC so my question is can a Dev help me find the info cause im sure i deleted the account info email when i bought the game (I downloaded the game not a CD)
