is it me or has the internal CD for mark of evasion changed. (an increase of a couple of seconds).

I used to time it as the time it took to regen 50% of your endurance. Then after the latest patch I noticed I wasn’t dropping mark or triggering combo fields anymore. Then I noticed if I waiting just a couple more seconds it would work.

Not really a bug per se. but a bit odd.

The solution seems clear. Remove the health bar effect of deathshroud. Then rebalance the class.

If the fear that the ‘second easy regenerated health bar’ being too powerful is the impediment to fixing the appalling synergy in the class. Remove it. BUT. also fix the class
