I´m guessing the statue will fall apart, some evil minions will appear, we’ll have to kill em’ all and then repair the statue. As a reward we´ll get a title and 8 Candy canes.

OR…

We´ll have to decorate LA with Mad King Thorn banners and such. Afterwards a Dev will join us and give intructions on how to behave. Also that the ones not laughing when the king himself is telling jokes, will get a permaban.

This seem to be a common problem. Getting freezes/hard locks from time to time now, only when playing GW2.

Happened just a few minutes ago, I was done with a storyquest and was just about to exit the instance… buzzzing noise and hard lock.

I recently updated ALL my drivers, stopped Windows Update, checked RAM and potential overheating problems. No issues whatsoever… Using AMD btw, not Nvidia.

Kernel-Power ID 41 (63) is the thing I´m getting btw.

You guys sure about having updated drivers for audio and such? Do not trust windows entirely. Windows told me there was no new drivers available but by using another program I came across better and newer drivers by far today. It´s too early to say if it´s going to effect that much, pretty sure it will though. Give it a shot if you aren’t completely certain.

Crashing solution found!(out of memory, weird errors, GW2.exe stopped working)

I Always play in Windowed, and have been playing for about 3 days without freeze until yesterday. Hard lock hit me two times in a row. It may help but It´s definitely not a solution in the long run.

No other game. I swear. Not Skyrim, Football Manager, Lotro or Diablo 3. (Actually, It did happen in the beginning with D3 but as soon as they released a patch, 3rd one I believe, it stopped.

No Light when hitting Caps Lock, tried yesterday after reading about it. CPU is at 40C when ingame, 10-15 at idle. GPU 35-38C idle and 40-49C ingame. By using HWMonitor I observed “Temperatures tab” just under my Motherboard’s info hitting 57C max.

Memtest done several times, no issues.

Please see this article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2028504

Long story short, the error message you have (Kernel Power id 41) indicates that the computer was incapable of properly shutting down. Check the article for more potential error messages and scenarios to pinpoint what may be ailing you.

I don´t understand a thing of what I just read, something about the calculator…

I had 2 crashes last night. Hard lock, had to force the computer to shut down. The event log read “Kernel Power id 41” – first crash for a couple of days, I have checked the power supply, RAM, drivers and all of that. It happens once in a while, only when playing GW2. Not an overheat issue btw, my temps won´t rise above 55C.

Got AMD graphics, HD6670.

Is it a Win7 issue? Any bugfix?
