It doesn’t matter if it was a legit bug or not the fact still remains that they can’t replace any items, karma, tokens or characters period because they were not fully prepared for the launch of this game and still aren’t. Hopefully these features will be available in the future.
I definitely understand that hacked accounts or locked account issues should have priority over our issue, however it should be a quick fix to just remove the item from your inventory and replace it with the tokens you spent to buy the piece. I guess I would just like some type of confirmation from someone at Arena Net stating that this can indeed be done whether it may take days or weeks. Please give us something letting us know if there is or isn’t hope.
But how might this nutcase have access to my real name?? That is why I’m at a loss I still think this was someone who had intentions to hack my account.
Yeah this ability was terrible minus the interrupting it to be able to stealth every 3 seconds. Now that it is fixed it really is pointless. The stealth needs to be made instant just like decoy. As far as the effect it causes is another problem..
So just curious how this could have happened but some random player in game sent me a party invite and then a whisper that called me by my real name and told me to click the green check. I asked who it was but they wouldn’t reply. I asked multiple times before saying if you do not answer me I will report you for scamming. Then immediately after the person replied " its kkc la" ??? I have no idea how this person knows my name. After people started getting hacked I created a whole new email account specifically for this game and nothing else. So I am lost at how they got my information. The only thing I did recently that has my name on it would be submitted a support ticket.. Also even though I have blocked this person they keep spamming me with party invites.. The account it is coming from is “isfuturo.9032”
If you changed your password and email account multiple times yet still managed to get hacked you either fell prey to a phishing attempt or you have a keylogger running on your machine.
Friend of mine has been waiting 12 days now for his issue to be resolved. He got an email that said that they reset his password and he should now be able to login, however the account is still banned!! Please help.
A friend of mines account was wrongfully banned, probably hacked and he has been waiting 12 days now and it is still not resolved. They sent him an email that said his password was reset and he could now log in, but the account is still banned. He can’t even log onto the forums here to try and get it resolved so I am doing it for him.
I’m working on getting the ticket number and I will edit this once I do.

Yeah this is terrible and needs to be fixed ASAP. It worked flawlessly for the last week or so and now is broken again just like they were during launch. Please fix.
