I’m currently looking for a new Guild as the last guild I was in suffered from the fate of extreme lack of players (It was incredibly active until about May time, not sure what happened)

But anyways, on topic, I’m looking for a new guild which I can call my new home during my time when I am playing Guild Wars 2. There are a few things which I am looking for, which include :-

• To be based in Desolation (For obvious reasons)
• I am also looking for a Casual, friendly community (I’ve had my fair share of elitism, but I play games to have fun and share a few laughs, I don’t want to be in a community which is going go be strung up on the tiniest of mistakes)
• I would prefer it to be more PvE based as well, as I generally don’t like PvP on the while, but I don’t mind WvW every now and then

So if, there are any guild leaders out there who would be interested, then feel free to respond on the forum page, or just leave me a pm. I’m ready to hear from you!

9/10 I love the manly look he has, it’s a nice surprise from most of the barbie doll looks that most male humans unfortunlately seem to be cursed with.

I’m wondering if there are any guilds out there that follow the criteria:-

• Are freindly (Not too demanding of it’s players, don’t care about level and gear, just looking for a good time etc etc)
• Are purely focused on PvE (This wouldn’t be a problem if the PvP combat was as tactical as the orginal Guild Wars, as it feels like a spamfest, but it’s my opinion and at the end of the day everyone is entitled to one)
• Are focused on the Desolation server (For obvious reasons)
• Are active (For even more obvious reasons)

I call myself a experienced player only because i’m not really Casual or Hardcore, I just want to clear that out, i’m pretty much on the middle of the spectrum as it is right now.

If anyone knows of any guilds out there that are like this then by all means please let me know. I feel that I should finally join a community of players that share the same goals as I do, having fun and just having a good time.

I hope to hear any responses.

I kinda have had that same build since about the begining of October, just with Assassins Reward over Trickster, I just love to use Signet of Malice with Dagger Storm, I just burst out into a evil laugh.

It works brilliantly in Dungeons However, your generally the last guy standing if everyone else died on a boss fight or something. You feel like as if your carrying everyone, or atleast I feel like it.

This is just a little suggestion, but I feel that this would greatly benefit players like me who like to explore every nook and cranny that this game offers.

The problem I have is that in the lower-levels of the game (I’m going to take Queensdale and Kessex Hills here for example) you can only gather materials that are appropiate for that level, for example.

In Queensdale you can gather: Green Wood Logs and Copper Ore
In Kessex Hills you can gather: Soft Wood Logs and Iron Ore

Being a level 80 Theif, you can naturally guess that these materials literally serve no purpose for me and if I so wanted to obtain these materials, I could simply buy them from the Trading Post or better yet, the suggestion i’m going to make.

I feel that gathering a specific tier of materials should be based on the tier of gathering tools that I currently have equipped.

If this suggestion was to take place, then the tools would go accordingly:-

Copper Tools- Tier 1 Materials.
Iron Tools- Tier 2 Materials
Steel Tools-Tier 3 Materials
Darksteel Tools-Tier 4 Materials
Mithril Tools-Tier 5 Materials
Orichalum Tools- Tier 6 Materials

As for Master and Black Lion Tools, I beleive they should stay the same as they are right now in the first place.

If this were to take affect, that means that it would give players like me, who like to 100% the area not for the Legendaries, but for the goodies that come out of area completion, a good enough reason to go back to lower level areas to complete what hasnt been finished. It can also help promote higher leveled players into going back to help lower level players (Probably not, but at least I won’t groan if am going to help one of my lowbie-freinds into doing the Dynamic Events in the first place)

So taking the 2 areas I have mentioned (Which I havent 100%‘d yet) I’d be able to happily explore and complete the area and get some worthy materials which are suited to me while I am at it.

I can’t think of a reason as how this would affect the other low levels in the area (I’m prety sure a level 5 isn’t going to be able to afford Orichalcum Tools, unless it’s an alt of course and then again, it gives another reason on why people might want to create an alt if this did take place)

Will this stop people from farming Karma and Dynamic Events at Cursed Shore? probably not, but it might take a portion of those people to go into the lower level areas to gather some materials.

Do you think this is a good idea? I personally think that it is, but we all have a opinion on everything and all opinions should be expressed as long as it is done contructively and maturely.

Hello there, I have a bit of a problem on my hands which isnt gamebreaking but is a bit fo concern.

It involves the Authenication. I know how the process goes, you click the link in the email that i’ve been sent, get the page and all the information is there, click Remember this network and allow access etc etc. But the problem I have is that after every 4th or 5th time I login, I have to authenticate again, even though i’ve already done it and remembered the network. Upon clicking the link, I find that the information is completely different, the Address, City and Region, except for my country, which always remains at GB.

This worries me because i’m getting cities such as Reading and Milton Keyes which i’ve never heard of in my life (can’t confirm if these cities or false) and I can’t find this problem anywhere else on this forum.

I know that I am not hacked, as I have gone through the procedures and have found nothing but I fear that I may be hacked some time in the future if this problem persists every week. I have turned the forums as it is the only option I have really. I hope to hear some form of response be it on my end or not.
