Hey guys,
I have a question: how can I be invisible? I mean, I have a friend that finds extremely funny to catch me with “Gotcha!” moments whenever I show up in game. For reasons unclear to me myself , I find this unfunny. How can I make anyone absolutely unaware of my presence online? Keep in mind, this guy is good, he checks how long ago I disconnected because if it’s less than a minute or so he knows I just logged in.
The idea behind this suggestion stems from my current Mesmer build, which features a mix of different non-weapon skill types. Since it is perfectly possible to have a full skill bar composed of skills of the same type, and a single trait that shortens their recharge time accordingly, it seems counterintuitive to me that I have to use up to three different traits to have different skills recharge faster. So I was wondering, why don’t we extend the training trend seen with masteries to skills recharge?
This, in my opinion, could be done in three different ways.
1) A fixed percentage of recharge reduction could be added to the skill type as soon as all skills of that type are learnt (if I learn all signet skills, I unlock a recharge reduction of 20% for all signets).
2)A fraction of recharge reduction gets added for every skill I learn (for each signet skill, I have n%, which all together would amount to a total of 20%).
3)Learning all skills of a type unlocks a second track which still progresses using Hero Points, and for each point spent, a fraction of recharge reduction is added.
My personal favorite would be the third option. And I would keep the current traits that empower the skill types, devoid of the recharge time reduction. What do you think?
