Guild Wars 2

I’m not talking about a trap activated by chain. A thief is able to place a trap mid air, so whenever someone jumps, they hit the the trap, stop their momentum, and fall to their death. Combat log reads along the lines of “Server of Player’s needle trap hit you for * damage”.

Same thing happening to me!

How am I supposed to get past mid air needle traps in the jumping puzzle? How is that even fair? Am I missing something here… Granted, I’m new to this game, and just hit 80, but no matter what I do, I can’t get past a cheap trap suspend mid jump, that just makes me stop my momentum, and fall to my death. Even with invisibility to avoid other players, that doesn’t matter because once I reach a high jumping area, a trap will be waiting. Pretty ridiculous.

Awe, it seems like I’ll be heading to something along the lines of jaded querry, where one of my friends is! Are we able to travel between servers? I’m guessing no :P
